We’re proud to announce that one of our own, Ethan M., has taken home the Gold Medal in the Senior Recurve Division at this year’s State Archery Championship. His achievement is not only a personal triumph but a testament to the level of dedication and discipline nurtured within our club.
Ethan has been a part of our archery family for over three years. In that time, he’s developed his skillset with focus, resilience, and a relentless commitment to improvement. From refining his technique in private coaching sessions to participating in full-length tournament simulations, Ethan has shown a level of discipline that consistently inspired those around him.
The competition brought together many of the state’s most experienced archers, each bringing their own style and strategy to the range. Throughout the event, Ethan maintained composure, executing each shot with controlled precision and mental clarity. His final round was a masterclass in consistency — earning praise from judges and competitors alike.
“Winning was incredible, but the journey mattered more. Every hour spent on the range, every small correction — it all came together when it counted,” Ethan said after the award ceremony.
